The candidate will also responsible for the supervision of security and cleaning contractors on site. Prime responsibility for l maintenance programs and technical direction of maintenance activities for office, process equipment and systems.
Maintain and generate procedures for preventative maintenance and work tasks
Planning, scheduling, forecasting, and balancing maintenance works.
Managing facilities projects for cost, schedule, safety and quality
Managing and supervising the security and cleaning services on siteBachelors Degree in Engineering, Architecture or equivalent technical discipline
Good knowledge in facility management environment.
Experience in managing and supervising security and cleaning contractors.
Experience in HVAC system, air compressor and other utility systems (water, plumbing, RO, scrubber, etc.)
Good command of English, Excellent written and oral communication
Working knowledge of Excel, Word, Power Point, MS Schedule, Maintenance Systems.
