To lead the Singapore manufacturing plant to achieve Cost, Quality, Fulfillment, EHS and Integrity ExcellenceProvide leadership to the organization and employees in the plant in order to achieve EHS standard and meet customer & business requirements on quality, cost and delivery
* Drive operation excellence across the site through execution and control of planning, Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, Operations processes.
* Develop the plant strategy and ensure execution for the achievement of plant goals in EHS, Compliance, quality, Cost and production schedule
* Define and develop organizational structure and skills to support the plant targets.
* Engage all employees, drive continuous improvement through Lean Sigma methodologies* Engage the Plant leadership team in strategic decision-making and continuous problem solving
* Coordinate with local team based functional leaders to ensure efficient manufacturing operations in the plant
* Interface and communicate effectively with GE customers, internal functional teams, and GE leadership
*Be the 'Face to the Customer' on critical issues and work with local teams to ensure Customer SatisfactionProven and successful Experience in Plant manager role
* Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills.
* Strong Experience as team manager
*Strong track record of execution.
* Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes (workload and capacity planning, Master scheduling & planning, Quality management, Manufacturing Engineering)* Able to work within a multi-discipline, cross-functional environment
* Strong communicator able to juggle multi tasking in a high pressure environment
* Flexible and strong negotiator skills.
* Change Agent with the ability to Lead through vision & implementation.
* Analytical, project management and tracking skills.
* Ability to understand business processes, issues and concerns and translate into solutions.
* Excellent oral and written communications skills.
