Part-Time / Full-Time Admin Assistant

Responsibilities:

To provide general office admin support.
To perform basic data entry for the company.
To provide admin support on daily sales operations.
To manage and update simple accounting (Invoices, Delivery Orders, Quotations etc).
To assist in simple HR functions, such as leave record management.
To establish and maintain orderly filing and documentation system.
To manage incoming correspondence (emails, faxes, mails, telephone calls).
Support ad-hoc tasks as required.

Requirements:

N/O level, ITE, Diploma.
Fresh graduates welcome to apply.
Applicants should be Singaporean citizens or hold relevant residence status.
Proficient in MS office (Word and Excel & PowerPoint).
Able to work under minimum supervision.
Good interpersonal skills, meticulous, self-motivated and a team player.
Able to multi-task with positive attitude.
Able to commence duty in the shortest period of time.
Singaporeans or Singapore PR.
