Admin Assistant (Contract 9 months)

Responsibilities:

Process of order management duties on accurate and timely basis
Assist on internal orders amendment
Creation of item masters
Generating of invoices
Administrative work such as raising PO invoices, reports and other support roles
Data entry and inventory update
Follow up and liaise with Sales team and external vendors
Provide administrative support to the Department

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Higher secondary/Pre-U/A level/College, any field.
Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
Contract position(s) available.
Experience in JDEdwards will be an advantage
Able to work in a fast-pace environment
Proficient in Microsoft Excel & Words
Able to work independently with minimal supervision, initial supervision will be given.
Meticulous, with positive working attitude. Willing to follow up on matters and be responsible for their scope of work.
Applicants should be Singaporean or SPR or Malaysian
MUST be willing to work at Tai Seng area
