Responsibilities:
Foster and promote a cooperative working enviroment to maximize productivity and serve as an Ambassador to the restaurant
Guest Engagement
Anticipate and meet the needs and unexpected request of every guest
Respond in a timely manner to guest reaction whenever required
Able to do suggestive selling
Understand to handle grievances
Requirements:
Well groomed and able to speak well.
Friendly and energetic with great interpersonal skills and pleasant disposition
Experience in admin/hotel/hospitality or airline would be ideal
Preferably with good customer service oriented
Fluent to converse in English to liaise with client
