Responsibilities:
Work with the Admin & Marketing to assist in both administrative and project related tasks
Perform support functions such as documentation compliance, document follow up, work flow design, appraisal, etc
Administrative works such as typing, printing, document compilation, etc
Facilitate coordination with the operations team
Ad-hoc duties as assigned by superiors
Requirements:
Minimum GCE 'O' Level
Possess strong administrative skills, good people management skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in use of MS Office
Able to multi-task and quick to respond, resourceful and good initiative
Willing to learn, hardworking and meticulous
