Job Desk :Selects or develops teaching aids, such as training handbooks, demonstration models, multimedia visual aids, and reference books. Provide field support when required. Understand internal control guidelines, the relevant policies and procedures pertaining to your job function and execute the controls conscientiously. Perform any other duties as assigned by superior. Conduct and deliver technical training (in aspects of aircon) in Asia and Oceania distributors. Conduct product training, sales and service training to internal and external customers. Schedule and coordinate training classes. Prepare training materials and arrange necessary equipments relative to the effective delivery of the training. Involved in the making of various presentation, CD & DVD for education & technical support
Requirements: Willing to travel within the region. Training will be provided. Minimum Diploma holder in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline. At least 2 years of working experience preferably in air-conditioning related industry. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Interest in a career in people development & improvement of processes.
