Responsibilities:

Manage full spectrum of Human Resource management functionsInvolvement in recruitment and selection, compensation & benefits administration, employee relations, performance management, staff management and disciplineGuide and supervise Human Resource assistants and executivesLead and participate in other projects.Requirements:
Bachelor Degree in Human ResourceMinimum 5 years' Experience in Human Resource (HR) Management or full spectrum of  HRExcellent interpersonal and leadership skillsMust have experience leading a team of HR assistants and ExecutivesAn excellent team player, hands-on and diligentONLY Singaporeans or Singapore PRs need apply.
