Pearl Energy is an oil and gas exploration and production company wholly owned by Mubadala.  With over 150,000 square km of acreage and several significant discoveries under appraisal or development, we are growing. To support our growth we seek to appoint an accomplished senior recruitment consultant to join our team in South East Asia (SEA).

Based in Singapore, and reporting to the Recruitment Manager SEA, you will work with the SEA Executive, HR and Senior Line management across Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia, Vietnam and Indonesia to deliver recruitment solutions that will enable Pearl to attract, onboard and engage new talent.

With demonstrated experience in Oil & Gas and strong knowledge of contemporary Recruitment/HR/Comp & Ben practices you will be able to move comfortably between strategy and transaction in order to contribute to the success of the business.

As an in-house recruiter you will need to be a patient educator/coach, a convincing communicator and passionate about building and maintaining relationships.
