Responsibilities:

Responsible for local and regional office CS department day-today operations Accountable for development/enhancement of customer relationship, include managing distribution channels Active development of the CS processes within the region Prepare monthly report on the assigned projects progress Responsible for the order managementManage performance output of service activities according to PIs and KPIs.
