ISDA Negotiator

Our client is a major multinational financial institution which is looking to grow its team of ISDA negotiators in Singapore.  They are keen to speak to candidates with the following experience:

Experience in drafting and negotiating 1992 and 2002 ISDA master agreements, CSAs and related documentation (Novation agreements, CFD Annexes and Amendments) with variety of clients, including financial instructions, securities firms, corporate, hedge funds, prime brokerage relationships and private wealth management clients. Knowledge of NAFMII agreements is a big plus.Good knowledge of Southeast and Northeast Asia jurisdictions with specific requirements.Organized and highly motivated individual that will work efficiently with different areas of the firm, including various Business teams, Credit, Collateral Management, Operations, Tax and Compliance.Participating in various ad hoc projects involving detailed research and review of existing documentation.Able to negotiate independently with minimum supervision in order to negotiate and complete Excellent communication skills, a team player, results oriented.
