Job description A Back Office Fraud Analyst provides post sales payment processing support recovering credit card orders that are fraudulent, to both external and internal customers. Managing outbound phone calls to customer or banks regarding credit card issues. Representative is accountable for order cycle time (OCT) payment validation and overall customer satisfaction with Apple.

- Degree / Diploma Holder with Experience
- Proficient in English
- Preference with customer services experience in a call centre environment
- Background in operational processing, with exposure to the sales process
