Strategic and Commercial Intelligence (Associate to Director level)


My Client, One of the Top firms Globally are seeking talented professionals to join their Strategic and Commercial Intelligence team in Singapore.

Big Four experience is highly preferable but not essential

English is the only language requirement, however, other language skills especially Cantonese and Mandarin are beneficial.

Knowledge of APAC and PRC are also desireable skills.

Salaries are very competitive.

You will be:


Working as part of a multi-disciplinary team to address complex market, strategic, operational and financial issues on behalf of major corporate, public sector  and private equity clients.

Conducting research to help our clients assess the impact of market dynamics and the competitive environment on target companies.

Designing, challenging and executing operational and financial analyses on prospective target companies (e.g. cost reduction plans, productivity analyses, synergy identification, capital expenditure challenge).

Designing and executing separation/integration plans, preparing “day-one” plan, identifying and implementing synergies/cost reduction projects.

Contributing to the delivery and presentation of client deliverables, business development and marketing initiatives


The ideal candidate should:


Have a strong academic background.

Possess some experience of working in a strategic & management consultancy, industry or similar environments.

Be familiar with the M&A environment and worked with major corporate organizations, and have experience in more than one of the following: private equity, investment banking, advisory firm or accounting firm conducting strategy consulting.

Have at least two years’ working experience in one of the following areas: commercial due diligence, operational due diligence, and post deal & integration.

Be a team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You should also be results-oriented, possessing strong problem-solving skills and flexibility to adapt to a variety of engagements. Strong quantitative skills complemented by a strong business and commercial acumen are also a must.
