Job descriptions:
- Handle confidential matters
- Manage company incoming mail, collection and clear mail
- Arrange and coordinate meetings or appointments
- Handle logistics for internal or external meetings
- Coordinate all travel and hotel booking including visa application and car rentals
- Administer expense claims
- Preparation of presentation materials
- Filing and documentation
- Other supports as assigned by supervisor.
Requirements:
- 3 years experiences in related field
- minimum 'O' levels with PSC certificate
- presentable and responsible
- Salary: $2800 to $3500
- Location: East area
- Working hours: Mondays to Fridays
8.30am to 5.30pm.
