With more than 25 million customers and billions in assets, they are now looking to recruit a Learning & Development manager to join their team in Singapore.

In this individual contributor role, you will be part of the Learning and Development team responsible for designing, developing and implementing Learning and Development strategy and framework. This must be done with a view to enhance the capabilities of the organization to support and achieve business outcomes.

To do this, you will create a comprehensive and robust Training Needs Analysis and Learning and Development plans and infrastructure, as well as introduce core development programmes to support Talent Management.

You will be required to deliver and facilitate internal courses and, at the same time, engage external organisations to deliver high quality training programmes. You will also work closely and build rapport with business partners, providing value-added advice and support.

A good Degree with 6-8 years of relevant experience, with at least 4 years in Learning and Development field. You must have experience in delivering training programmes, be confident and articulate and be able to connect and engage with business partners of all levels. To do well in this role, you must possess good planning and execution skills, be proactive, highly organised and a strong team player. As this is a Singapore focused, role, we require candidates with local working experience.
