Roles exist for Associate or Management level Sustainable Design candidates and who would typically have capabilities across areas such as Thermal Modelling, MEP Design, Green Technologies, Green Building Rating tools, i.e. Green Mark, and also at this level you would need to be both highly strategic and also have a highly developed commercial view of how a building can be as sustainable as possible without compromising the bottom line. Our client is therefore going to be looking for the following traits and/or experience: • Buildings experience with a focus on ESD services • Thermal modelling experience preferred • Environmental rating tool accreditation preferred • Building related degree
