 Project Description:

Our client is one of Asia’s leading banks providing full spectrum of financial services to their clients. They are looking for a System Analyst to manage their BAU activities for trade and factoring services to be a part of the application services delivery team.

We have multiple opportunities for this role. These are permanent positions with the bank.

Mandatory Skill(s):

The suitable candidate must possess:

Atleast 7-9 years of IT experience with at least 3-4 years in trade or factoring related systems;Competency in trade finance domain;Strong knowledge in providing BAU support for trade/factoring systems or any other banking system;Proficiency in performing root cause analysis of production problems and provide quick service recovery if required;Hands on experience in Windows, Unix,  Web Logic, Oracle and Java programming;Experience in managing Software Release cycle;Strong ability to manage teams;Technically sound to provide technical advice to the team;Essential to have a can do attitude to work under multi-tasking environment;Good communication skills.

Desirable Skill(s):

Experience in developing and implementing UNIX and/or web based application is preferred;Project Management or any other domain related certifications are highly desired.

Job Responsibilities:

The candidate will be responsible for:

Working with users and vendors to provide business support for Trade and Factoring services;Working with cross functional teams to identify and resolve root cause of a problem;Performing due diligence when taking over from project teams into Business suppport mode;Managing the business software release cycles;Performing system review and proposing improvement and prevention measures on current systems;Have a quality mind-set with prevention attitude to attain zero defects.
