HR Assistant (1-year contract)

Job Responsibilities

·         Provide support in HR operational matters including recruitment, staffing, on-boarding and off-boarding processes.

·         Responsible to maintain and update employees’ records in SAP system to ensure data accuracy as well as liaising with Payroll department in all salary related matters.

·         Assist to keep track probation and contract renewal cases, as well as handling work pass application and renewals.

·         Responsible to conduct reference checks and qualification verification

·         Diploma in Business Administration or Human Resource Management

·         At least 1-2 years of related work experience. Fresh graduate are encouraged to apply

·         Experience in SAP would be an added advantage

·         Good command of both written and verbal communication skills

·         Excellent interpersonal skills

·         Team player, and able to work under minimum supervision
