Job Responsibilities· Provide support in HR operational matters including recruitment, staffing, on-boarding and off-boarding processes. · Responsible to maintain and update employees’ records in SAP system to ensure data accuracy as well as liaising with Payroll department in all salary related matters. · Assist to keep track probation and contract renewal cases, as well as handling work pass application and renewals.· Responsible to conduct reference checks and qualification verification· Diploma in Business Administration or Human Resource Management · At least 1-2 years of related work experience.
