Role Summary/Purpose
This is a exciting role based in Jurong, Singapore with responsibility of effectively planning and coordinating tasks and processes needed to refurbish and track rental tools throughout its lifecycle.

Essential Responsibilities
- Responsible for planning and scheduling of maintenance / refurbishment of rental tools and equipment - Ordering necessary spare parts needed for maintenance / refurbishment of rental tools, and building rhythm for strategic spares inventory - Issuing a manufacturing order / routing to operation shop for work that need to be done on the rental tools - Assigning tools for incoming orders - Keeping track of tools history, documentation and asset lifecycle - Provide advice on tools availability, cost and lead time for each quotation / order in ITO stage - Responsible for initiating and tracking asset movement of rental tools throughout its lifecycle (capitalization, intercompany transfer, and disposal)

Qualifications/Requirements
- Previous experience in production planning - Familiarity with oil & gas drilling & production tools and equipments

Desired Characteristics
- Diploma / degree in mechanical engineering - Ability to handle multiple orders and to work under pressure - Attention to detail and customer oriented - Knowledge in hydraulics / mechanics
