JOb Description We are seeking professional and energetic people to join our Front of House team in Singapore working as Box office representatives to dispatch tickets and packages to Showbiz customers or hosting Showbiz events. If you are exceptional in customer service, passionate about the live entertainment industry, and can commit to 4-5 casual shifts per week during evenings and weekends, flexible with working hours, we would love to have you as part of the team!
Key responsibilities include:
• Customer service & Box office duties
• Manage events and dispatch activities
• Contact Database management and office administration
• Be organised, responsible and able to work autonomously
Working Hours: Part-time shift work – Office duties (Weekdays 2-6pm) and Box office duties ( Weekdays & Weekends 5-8pm)
Salary: $8 - $10 per hour
