Provide secretarial and administrative support to the General Manager's office.
Develop, implement and direct Organisational Marketing Communications and Public Relations Strategies, Plan, Policies and Procedures
Produce and maintain the minutes of the Monthly General Manager Meeting/Conference
Co-ordinate the submission of the monthly report to Headquarters
Assist the General Manager and Business Staff to produce and write business plans, presentation materials and reports
Ensure proper upkeep of the documentation system, both with the clients as well as within the intra-companies
This position is only open to Singaporean/PR or those who hold valid residency status
