Responsibilities:

This is a Account Development role focused on driving growth within a defined group of existing customers. This is achieved through a consultative selling approach to ensure maximum account penetration and new opportunity identification.To continue cross selling other solutions such as Business Travel Account, Corporate Purchasing Solutions and Meetings Card.

Key responsibilities include retaining and expanding the existing relationship with defined set of existing Corporate Card Accounts to achieve an annual charge volume target. Focus is on maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction, growth and a reduction in attrition. Emphasis is on your ability to maintaining the client relationship in and across multiple levels within the client’s organization, typically with account administrators, travel managers,finance director in order to drive incremental growth.

Day to day activities are, but not limited to: all aspects of corporate card program from new applications for expansion into existing accounts to understanding and responding to the key drivers of attrition. Account portfolio is approximately 80 accounts.

Maintain strong “customer listening” skills to assist you in positioning and continuing to support and expand on the overall Global Commercial Card value proposition. In addition you will need to be able to position the products against competitive threats and pro actively responding to these activities.

Required Qualifications:

• Degree holder (sales and Relationship Management experience preferred)
• Independent day-to-day management of client issue resolution, and operations linkages
• Self motivated and Sales result oriented
• Strong team player and able to work independently
• Good interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Have strong drive and able to withstand pressure
• Ability to multi task and think out of the box
• Meticulous, detailed , customer oriented and a fast worker

Specialised knowledge/experience:
Must demonstrate the following skills:
• A proven Consultative selling ability in a B2B market
• Strong time and productivity management
• Ablilty to multi tasked
• Highly customer-focused and results-oriented.
• Strong communication skills suited to the B2B market
• Relationship management experience, a proven ability to ensure key linkages with other business stakeholders are optimized (finance, procument and human resource etc)
