An experienced Calypso Support Analyst is needed for a top tier consultancy firm in Singapore to assist with first and second level support of a Calypso implementation for Equity Derivatives and Commodities.
As a Calypso Support Analyst you will be responsible for:
*Performing first level support by assisting users in their issues and providing resolution/workaround
*Performing second level support for Calypso (10.2) system by investigating, debugging and fixing production faults
*Working with client users for requirements gathering and functional discussions
*Implementing system change requests as per user requirements
*Ensuring that program source codes and scripts are properly migrated to correct development, testing and production environments
*Ensuring that program source codes and scripts are maintained with version controls
*Planning migration window efficiently and effectively
*Monitoring the closure of migration requests by enforcing post-migration verification
*Adopt a continuous improvement approach by recommending improvements in the migration flow and procedures, and demonstrate the adoption of CMMI and ADM in the unit
*Escalate issues to management within an appropriate time
*Applying procedures to ensure accuracy of output
The role requires:
*Over 18 months of relevant experience working on Calypso projects.
*Experience in working closely with clients providing required services
*Understanding of financial markets and knowledgeable in derivatives (equities) and commodities
*Experience in maintaining applications
