Requirements
A good university degree in Computer Science or its equivalent
Minimum 3 - 5 years’ experience in applications development and implementation on Oracle database
Involved in all phases of the System Development Life Cycle
Hands-on experience in Oracle Developer Suite 10g tools, mod PL/SQL and J2EE development tools
Experience in Microsoft .Net Framework using # is an advantage
1 - 2 years' experience in IT project management
Familiarity with business domains such as student management, academic administration and financial/payroll processing
Knowledge of IT security technologies and procedures
Strong analytical, problem-solving, interpersonal and communication skills
Self-motivated with the ability to multi-task and a good team player with leadership qualities
Responsibilities
Involve in the analysis, design, development and implementation of applications based on requirements gathered from the business users
Provide on-going applications maintenance and support
Troubleshoot application problems and tune application performance
Assist in the evaluation and acquisition of software
Manage and oversee both in-house and outsourced IT projects
