Accommodation (Shared Serviced Apartment), Flights, Transport, Per Diem, Insurances, ETC at Client expense

- Responsible for the overall piping works on the project including all underground pipework.
- Responsible for all piping activities on site in respect of Safety, Quality, Schedule and cost.
- Monitors subcontractors or controls direct hire labour force for the piping discipline.
- Fully familiar with drawings and specifications applicable to the project.
- Ensures that the subcontractor works to the approved construction method statements and schedules.
- Ensures that construction procedures are adhered to and is fully familiar with the quality control ones applicable to the discipline.
- Ensures that subcontractor is performing to schedule requirements and has sufficient qualified supervision, skilled labour and plant.
- Instructs subcontractors on day to day matters.
- Checks and recommends subcontractors change orders.
- An experienced Piping Superintendent having worked on multi discipline projects in the Piping discipline.
- He must be self motivated and able to monitor the subcontractor or control a direct hire labour force.
- 10 Years experience in similar roles on large projects.
