Responsibilities:
Handle customers’ enquiries and fault complaints
Provide online assistance to resolve problems
Monitor the help desk traffic
Forward problems reported to field Technical Officer for following up
Data entry of Job Advices from Field Technical Officer
Prepare all Job advises requested from the banks
Update banks status of the jobs requested
Generate lists of chargeable jobs for billing
Fix appointment with merchants
Any other duties as may be assigned by the Management
Requirements:
GCE ‘N’ or ‘O” level with good spoken of English & Mandarin
Positive working attitude, willingness to learn and the ability to work independent
Good communication and interpersonal & phone handling skills
Cheerful and outgoing personality
Microsoft Office Application
Preferably able to work immediately and prepared to start on permanent shift duty in near future.
