
The Job
You will partner with management to understand the staffing needs of SGH and ensure that SGH meets its staffing targets. You will develop resourcing strategies, plan recruitment activities, actively source for talent and ensure compliance to corporate policies, statutory requirements and drive initiatives to improve efficiency and effectiveness in the recruitment process. You will also monitor and report on key recruitment metrics including quality of hires and turnover.Requirement
Degree qualified and preferably with a Graduate Diploma in HR Management5 to 8 years' relevant experience and passionate about recruitmentSelf-driven, resourceful, results-oriented with a keen sense of urgencyEnergetic, capable of working independently and committed to delivering quality outcomesAdministration Support, Human ResourceWe regret only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
