ASEAN Facilities Manager is responsible for managing the entire facility and office administration operations, driving exceptional security, environmental, health & safety programs and implementing facility strategy for GE Healthcare in Singapore to make sure a world-class building for our employees and customers.

Also responsible for GE Healthcare facilities in other countries in ASEAN region by playing a pivotal role for GE group company who supports a local facility in each country.

This position leads a team of receptionists and general office administrators and directly reports to President & CEO of GE Healthcare ASEAN.

The key roles and responsibilities include but not limited to :
•Ensuring GE and regulatory facilities and employee security, environmental, health & safety, life safety and building code compliance for Singapore facilities.
•Strategically planning and implementing the facility strategy for the entire Singapore operations.
•Liaising with other GE Healthcare facilities in Singapore, not managed by GE Healthcare but where GE Healthcare employees are located to implement requirements.
•Lead and manage the SCM (security and crisis mgt) program for Asean sites
•Initiate and complete the annual Crisis mgt and workplace violence drills for each site
•Provide security risks assessments.
•Ensuring consistent operating procedures and policies for the facilities in Singapore.
•Managing the floor planning and seatings for the best use of Singapore facilities to meet the business requirements.
•Maintaining facilities equipment such as fire protection, electrical systems, air-conditioning systems, elevators, water, compressed air and outside grounds in Singapore.
•Responsible for the relationships with the facility landlord and the required procedures set by them for the leased property in Singapore.
•Leading the reception team to provide the best services for visitors and employees in Singapore.
•Leading the general office administration team to arrange the necessary office equipment such as telephone line, mobilephone, stationery for employees in Singapore.
•Serving as local Crisis Management Leader, Security Leader, and liaison for Indirect Sourcing in Singapore.
•Responsible for non-Singapore facilities in ASEAN region through playing a pivotal role with GE group company's facility group who supports a local facility in each country.
•Responsible for liaising with and implementing GE real estate requirements in ASEAN region.
•Managing facilities projects for cost, schedule, safety and quality in ASEAN region.
•Maintaining facilities budget and warranty programs, and improving base costs including energy cost reductions in ASEAN region.

1. Minimum 5 years of Facility Manager work experience
2. Working knowledge of Excel, Word, Power Point, Maintenance Systems.
3. Demonstrated collaboration, negotiation & conflict resolution skills
4. Strong communication skills, verbal and written
5. Demonstrated ability to lead, acknowledge, develop, communicate & implement strategies in a team environment
