Retail Sales Associates

Responsibilities:

Reports to: Retail Sales Manager

Department: Retail

Daily retail operation duties
Enthusiastically welcome retail shop customers and assist them with merchandise inquiries and sales
Restock and maintain inventory on shelves and display cases
Assist with building and merchandise displays

Requirements:

Education and Experience:

Preferably GCE 'N'/'O' Levels or Diploma
Preferably 1-2 years of demonstrated customer service and retail sales experience
Experience in sports retail an advantage

Job Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Must have effective communication skills and the ability to work with others
Must have knowledge of cash handling procedures
Must be able to work retail hours of 11am to 9.30pm (6 days work week including Weekend & Public Holiday)
Sales driven, enthusiastic and customer service oriented
Willing to learn and be knowledgeable with sports products/equipment
Required to perform other duties as requested or assigned
