Part-Time Event Coordinators

Job Description:

-Dates: 29th August – 11th September 2011
-Venue: IMM Shopping Mall
-Working Hours:11am – 9pm daily
-Break Timing:2 Sessions x 30 mins daily
-Attire: Jeans, Company Polo Tee (will be provided) and covered shoes / sneakers
-Salary: $55 / day
-Setup / Briefing / Training: 28th August 2011, tentatively 12pm – 4pm. (PAID).
-Event Brief:
A full day sports related workshop activity happening at IMM, at the Garden Plaza.
Event coordinators would have to take charge of all aspects of the event including (but not limited to):
• Opening (setting up) and Closing (pack up) of event
• Registration Process – inclusive the consolidation of database, paper work and attending to general inquiries
• Facilitating activity participants between 4-16 years old
• Assisting them to put on their sports gear
• Facilitating the workshop activity to make sure participants are safe and abide by rules
• Maintain the activity facilities and equipments
• Maintain the cleanliness of the event area
• Attend to shoppers inquiries
• Ensure that the event is run properly and on schedule

Requirements:

-18 and above.

-Singaporean / PR of Chinese race, and preferably bilingual.

-Males and females are welcome.
