Customer Service Executive

Job Responsibilities

1. Provide personalized customer service to all phone/email enquiries.
2. Responsible as a main contact point for customers’ enquiries.
3. To maintain good relationship with customers.

Job Requirements

1. Minimum GCE “N” Level & above.
2. Good communications and inter-personal skills with at least 1 year of customer service experience in call centre / health care/ Travel or hospitality industry.
3. Customer Service Executive for Indonesia Platform must have the ability to speak Conversational Bahasa Indonesia and mandarin.
4. Must able to speak mandarin and Bahasa Indonesia.
5. Only Singaporean or Singapore PR.
6. Able to work immediately.
7. Possess analytical and problem-solving abilities.
8. Self-motivated and diligent.

Other information

1. Location: East Area
2. Working hours: 9am to 6pm
3. Work Week: Monday to Friday
4. Vacancy: 1 x Customer Service Executive(serangoon north)

5. Salary : $1.5k
