Customer Service Officers (Mandarin speaking)

Job Responsibilities:

Conduct Phone Survey
Handle customer enquiries
Data entry
5 day work (Mon – Fri)
Working hours: 9am to 6pm

Requirement:

Min. GCE ‘O’ level
Perm, Temp. or Flexi - Hours
With relevant experience advantageous (training provided)
Fluent in Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin - speaking customers)
PC literate
Only S’poreans, SPRs, Student Pass or Dependent Pass need apply
