Clinic Assistant

Responsibilities:

To provide excellent front-desk duties, including registration, scheduling and reminding of appointments, dispensing of medications and cashiering.
To provide quality customer service to customers and visitors.
To manage and handle incoming enquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner.
To ensure cleanliness of the clinic and working area.
Any other duties as assigned by the Doctors and Manager.

Requirements:

GCE 'O' Levels
Computer proficiency
Fluent in English and Mandarin (liaise with Non-English speaking clients)
Responsible, passionate and service-oriented
Team player with a pleasant disposition and positive working attitude
Good learning attitude, flexible, versatile and adaptive
Excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills
Flexible with the working hours
