Our Client is looking for an Operational Readiness Team Leader, based in Singapore. Project runs from March 2011 through to July 2013. The following requirements are noted hereunder:
Have a strong maintenance and reliability background
Experience with operational readiness activities on EPC projects e.g. maintenance strategies, maintenance plans, spare parts lists, equipment criticality assessments, maintenance procedure development (PM's#
Offshore experience
Proven team leadership capability #team likely to be 10 people)
Ability to prepare project plans, schedules and CTR's for operational readiness scope
Experience with SAP PM highly regarded
Good skills with spreadsheets
Good understanding of the EPC project engineering work process
Experience dealing with client - both EPC and end user client.
Bachelors Degree Hons or equivalent
