We provide our clients with full project lifecycle support offering contractual, commercial management, planning and scheduling, claims, expert witness and dispute resolution services on major engineering, energy, infrastructure, and construction projects and have a current requirement for an experienced M&E Quantity Surveyor / Commercial Manager with claims preparation experience to work with our existing team in Singapore or Japan.
Responsibilities are likely to include some or all of the following:
· Contract Drafting and Administration
· Procurement Advice and Oversight
· Commercial Management of Subcontractors and Suppliers
· Risk Management
· Review of subcontractor payment requests and certification of same
· Tracking of schedule impacts and extension of time issues
· Regular attendance at progress and commercial meetings with client and interfacing parties
· Statutory Compliance Issues
An ideal candidate will have relevant Mechanical and Electrical experience, and previous experience of working with contractors. Candidates should possess strong commercial acumen and be experienced in the administration and management of large scale, multi-million dollar international projects.

-ad hoc based job which is perfect for students
-O levels and above
-2 timings either 7am-10am or 5.30pm-8.30pm
-Island wide
-to be at venue 30mins in advance for briefing(not paid for).

Salary is $7/hour.
