Responsibilities:
Conduct phone interview with IT personnel or Corporate Decision Makers
Must have strong desire to make outbound calls to identify sales opportunities, effectively present key features and benefits of the product(s)
Focus on generating qualified leads, profiling database and event campaigns
Handling high volumes of calls but no selling is required
Requirements:
Hourly rates ranging from $7.50/hour to $9.50/hour, depending on experience
Experience in Telesales/Telemarketing is an advantage
Excellent communication skills
Responsible, committed, self-motivated and independent
PC literate and willing to learn technical matters related to IT software and hardware
Fluent in English and able to speak a 2nd language is an advantage - Bahasa Indonesia, Cantonese and Vietnamese preferred. Malay and Thai speakers are welcomed (in order to liaise with our Non-English speaking customers).
