Detailed job responsibilities include:
Supporting Sales & Relationship Management to create the clients business caseManage transition activity for new clientsPerforming consultative process flow reviewsAssist in the production of client evaluations and business casesIdentify opportunities to improve efficiencies, increase automation/standardization and eliminate redundancies/overlapAssist with the implementation of a standard approach for Client SolutionsIdentify through client input and industry knowledge opportunities for new products and/or maintain product bundles (in conjunction with product)Maintain awareness of market, competitive, regulatory and legislative developments to fully capitalize on opportunities to extend client base
Job Requirements• At least 5-10 years investor services experience, ideally across a number of product lines with an advanced knowledge of securities industry and market.
• Sound project management and organisational skills
• Ability to lead initiatives and manage cross-functional relationships
• Superior interpersonal skills and networking capabilities with clients, industry associations, business leaders, colleagues and staff.
• Ability to clearly present complex models and processes both internally and to clients.
