Qualifications :Ability to read and understand mechanical and electronic schematics. Good manual dexterity. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Diploma or Degree in Mechanical / Electronics Engineering with 1-2 years working experience. Proficiency in automated equipment, troubleshooting techniques and preventive maintenance methodology. Good knowledge of mechanical, pneumatic and electrical systems.
Job Desk : Initiate action to prevent the occurrence of any non-conformity relating to the product, process and quality system. Identify and record any problems relating to the product, process and quality system. Initiate, recommend or provide solutions through designed channels. Control further processing, delivery or installation of nonconforming product until the deficiency or unsatisfactory condition has been corrected. Analyze machine and equipment performance (e.g. downtime, quality) and impose actions for continues improvements. Real-time interaction with production and inter department to settle issues and gather feedback for improvement. Manage the spare parts inventory, auto ordering and consumption. Work on various cost reduction & quality improvement projects, equipment upgrading and modification
