SEACOOP Project Facilitator

Role
The primary role of the Project Facilitator is to support the SEACOOP Project on the necessary coordination and follow-up of project activities by liaising with the various stakeholders affiliated with the EU-funded project. This Project consists of collaboration partners from EU & ASEAN countries. The Facilitator shall assist the Project Manager in the conceptual and execution phases of selected project activities. The incumbent shall also, from time to time, need to design and prepare project collaterals such as event posters and EDMs; update the content on the SEACOOP website and LinkedIn business networking platform

Requirements

1. The person should possess at least a Bachelor in Computer Science / Information Technology or any related disciplines
2. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office application suite, especially PowerPoint
3. Working knowledge of content management system like Joomla! or WordPress platform
4. Working knowledge of social media platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook and Twitter
5. Good verbal and written communications and project management skills with at least 3 years of project experience preferred
6. A self-starter and team player who enjoys interacting with people from different cultures
