Business Analyst – Private Banking, Front Office (PB, FO)

This role is specifically for those individuals who have strengths in:

(a) Business understanding of PB, FO (processes, associated instruments and the underlying accounting principles),

(b) Using this knowledge in meaningful engagement with all levels of PB, FO business users to elicit key business requirements, and

(c) Have the technical awareness in how technology can be leveraged to meet such requirements.

An ideal candidate would be someone who has had in-depth experience in successful BA responsibilities around projects/initiatives in PB, FO/MO covering at least one of the following:

• Investment Suitability

• Portfolio Management

• CRM

• E-Banking

Mandatory:

• Strong understanding of broad range of business processes in the front (and ideally also middle) office of a Private Banking environment PLUS

• Experience in at least one of the following within a private banking environment:

oE-Banking

oCredit Risk

oLegal & Compliance

Expected:

• Additionally, it would be expected that you will have experience in a private banking environment with at least two of:

oKYC processes

oCredit Systems

oCRM

oIntegration

The successful candidate should have a relevant degree.

In terms of soft skills, it is required to be a structured, logical thinker with a high degree of articulation. Additionally it is essential to have excellent documentation disciplines, to be highly presentable and have inter-personal skills that bring high credibility and presence in order to be appropriately persuasive with senior banking executives.
